Let's face it...most of us lead busy lives with busy families and the last thing we want to do at the end of a hectic day is cook a complicated meal. Simple is a necessity when it comes to family friendly recipes and so is great taste. Throw in an easy clean up and you've got yourself a winner.

Here at Can I get the Recipe? we've featured three such recipes from Everyday Easy: One Pot by DK Publishing. The deliciously simple and kid favourite, Pasta alla Carbonara, the not too spicy Thai Green Chicken Curry, and noodle slurping, beautiful broth tasting Singapore Noodles were all well received by our home crowd and I was impressed with the fast put together as well as the speedy one pot clean up. Everyday Easy: One Pot really is a straight forward, easy to follow cookbook that is packed full of delicious recipes with each accompanied by a mouthwatering photo. Be it a hearty soup, a quick stir fty, or a simple casserole, all 90 one pot recipes in this book will make the end of the day cooking and clean up chore all that more simple.
